Damaged Items

Although we outsource delivery of your precious cargo to a responsible carrier, items do occasionally arrive shaken not stirred (i.e. damaged).  If this is the case - please send us a photo of the problem with proof of puchase.  We will ask you to return the item and you will then have the option of choosing to get a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) or a replacement (for which additional shipping charges may apply).

 Order Cancellation And Changes

We cannot accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed.  We outsource shipping to a reliable service and have no ability to make changes once your order is scheduled for shipment.  That said, if you experience buyer’s remorse or have a question about your order, please contact us so that we can make sure you have a great customer experience.

Returning an Item

Here are the steps:

All returns should be by Mail in the United States:

  • Contact us to let us know your name, your order details and the reason for your return

  • Pack items safely for shipping and affix a shipping label to the address below:

  • All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.
  • All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges).
  • Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit.
  • Once the return is processed, we will send an email with confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement but rest assured it will.
